Kortni grew up in Vichy, MO, and graduated from the Veterinary Technology Program at Midwest Institute in 2023.
She officially became a Registered Veterinary Technician after passing the VTNE in April 2024. With over three years of experience in veterinary medicine, including time in emergency care, Kortni is especially passionate about patient care, lab work, and venipuncture.
She’s always known she wanted to help animals, but it wasn’t until college that she discovered her true calling — being a voice for the voiceless as an RVT.
Outside of work, Kortni enjoys video games, training her dog Luna (who can even clean up her own toys!), and hanging out with her tabby cat, Ciro — also known as Houdini. She’s excited to continue growing her career at SWAH and is committed to treating every patient with compassion, care, and respect." And I have attached her picture first.
